The Victor Cottingham plaque is a dedication of a native plant garden to him for his ten years of volunteer work done for the Stanley Park Ecology Society.

The Stanley Park Ecology Society dedicates this native plant garden to Victor Cottinghame in recognition of ten years of outstanding volunteer contribution to the Lost Lagoon Nature House.
The Victor Cottingham Plaque in Stanley Park is located on the side of the wall of the Nature House at Lost Lagoon. It is to the left of the entrance to the Nature House. Nearby is the Jubilee Fountain and the Lost Lagoon Lookout.
