2023-08-17: The lighting on the outside of ScienceWorld have been upgraded and will now light up at night. They have been off for about a year. ScienceWorld is being re-juvenated by Provincial funds and this is part of the upgrade.

The OmniMax Theatre at Science World at Telus World of Science is the only OmniMax theatre in Vancouver, Canada. It is located at the top of the large dome. It is 5 storeys high and 27 metres in diameter and has a digital sound system! Most movies are roughly 40-45 minutes long. On the way out you can see the Omnimax control room which is cool(see photo)!
In 2019, you can purchase a ticket($12.75) to see just the movie or add the movie for $6.50 to you Science World Admission.
