The Sonder Hotel is a new boutique hotel that is currently (as of 2019) being built where the Coast Plaza Hotel used to be.  It is anticipated that this hotel will open sometime in 2020.

The main tower of what was the Coast Hotel is being turned into rental apartments.  The lower levels are completely being rebuilt to be the new Sonder Hotel.  Sonder Hotels are known for well designed and outfitted hotel rooms with all the amenities that you would have in a home.

The Sonder Hotel in Vancouver is located in the heart of the West End neighbourhood in Vancouver.  It is located above a small mall that has a grocery store, dollar store, barber, seamstress, drug store, and many other small shops!

This hotel is located just minutes to English Bay and it's fabulous beach and seawall.  It is also just minutes from Stanley Park!
