Mobi Bicycle Share is a city-funded bicycle share system. You can rent a standard bicycle or e-bike with a helmet from one of the many stations throughout the city of Vancouver.
You unlock a bike at one station and return it to any other station in the system. Typically, you have 30 minutes to use the bicycle before you have to return it to a station to avoid overage charges.
They have a few plans:
Pay Per Ride - pay per minute. Classic bikes cost $1 to unlock then $.29 minute. E-bikes: $1.75 to unlock then $.39/minute.
Monthly Pass ($49/month) - unlimited 30 minute rides on a classic bike in a 30 day period, $.29/min thereafter. E-Bikes: $.29/min.
Annual Pass ($169) - unlimited 60 minute rides on a classic bike in a 1 year period, $.29/min thereafter. E-Bikes: $.19/min.
As of June 2025, there are 6 Mobi Bike Stations in Stanley Park at:

Bikes and Blades is a full-service bike rental shop near the Georgia Street entrance to Stanley Park. It has been in business for over 25 years.
They have single bikes, electric bikes, e-scooters, rollerblades, trailer + bike, tag along + bike, baby seat + bike for rentals.
They rent single bicycles for 1 hour ($9), 3 hours ($25), up to 5 hours ($30), all day ($35). Prices include helmet and lock.
They rent electric bicycles for 1 hour ($18), 2 hours ($34), 3 hours ($48), half day ($60), all day ($78). Prices include helmet and lock.

They are located just up Davie Street from the corner of Davie and Denman Streets right at English Bay.
They have city hybrid (most popular), beach cruiser, crosstrail, road bike, turbo e-bike, tandems for 2, jr. mountain bike, kids bike, weehoo tag along bike, child trailer, child seat, trail-a-bike, and dog trailers for rentals.

June 2025 example prices (from their website) for a City Hybrid Bike rentals are: $10.48 for 1 hour, $20.95 for 2 hours , $31.43 for 3-6 hours, $41.90 for all day and $52.38 for 24 hours.
