The Teahouse restaurant is an upscale restaurant located at Ferguson Point in Stanley Park. The food and view are fantastic! It is especially good for watching sunsets!
2018 was the 40th anniversary of the Teahouse restaurant. During the summer of 2018 they served dishes from their original menu.
Lunch: Monday to Friday 11:30am to 4pm
Brunch: Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays 10:30am to 3pm
Small plates: Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 4pm
Dinner: Every Day from 4pm
During World War II Ferguson Point was a coastal defence fort. There were large guns mounted at the point. The building that is now the Teahouse restaurant was a garrison for crews manning the guns at Ferguson Point.
The Teahouse restaurant is located at Ferguson Point which is on the very west side of Stanley Park.
There is a small parking lot in front of the Teahouse restaurant. There is a larger parking lot located a short distance downhill from the Teahouse restaurant at Third Beach. For more detailed information (rates, times, etc.) about parking in Stanley Park, please read: Parking in Stanley Park
By Car: Since the Teahouse restaurant is located on the west (far) side of Stanley Park, it takes some time to get to. To get to it by driving, get onto Stanley Park Drive via the Georgia Street entrance to Stanley Park. Take the first right in the traffic circle to get onto Stanley Park Drive. Continue along Stanley Park Drive all the way around Stanley Park past Prospect Point for about a kilometer then take the first right when you see a building (The Teahouse) on the right.
Note: you can go up Pipeline Road, the second right at the traffic circle to shorten the journey!
By Walking: From Second Beach / Ceperley Park: 1) walk west along the Stanley Park Seawall until you see the sign for Ferguson Point / Teahouse restaurant. There is a fairly steep staircase to climb. 2) Alternatively, take the path across the road behind the Second Beach Concession Stand into the woods, turn left onto Rawlings Trail, then continue for a few kilometres until you exit the forest at the Teahouse restaurant.
By Bicycle: From Second Beach / Ceperley Park: Take the path across the road behind the Second Beach Concession Stand into the woods, turn left onto Rawlings Trail, then continue for a few kilometres until you exit the forest at the Teahouse restaurant.
By Bus: You CANNOT get to THE Teahouse restaurant by public transit.
