- September 1, 2025 6:30am - 10:30am - All roads in Stanley Park will be closed due to the Vancouver Triathlon. The seawall will remain open during the event.

- September 6, 2025 5:30am - 8:30am - full closure of Stanley Park Drive, Pipeline Road, and Avison Way.
- September 6, 2025 5:30am - 8:30am - full northbound closure of Stanley Park Causeway and Lions Gate Bridge.
- September 6, 2025 5:30am - 8:30am - full closure of W.Georgia from Denman to Stanley Park.
- September 14, 2025 8:30am - 3:30pm - Rose Garden Lane will be closed for the Battle of Britain Memorial Ceremony.
- September 9-16, 2025 - The Totem Poles Parking Lot will be closed for the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival.
- September 12-14, 2025 - We anticipate road closures and congestion in Stanley Park for the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival event during the afternoons/evenings on these dates. The Brockton Oval Parking Lot will be used for people attending this event and pickup/drop-off, and accessible access. The parking lot on Avison Way will be used for crew parking.

March 1, 2025 The Hot Chocolate run will be going around the Stanley Park Seawall in the morning.
March 15, 2025 Some roads will be closed for the BMO St. Patrick's Day 5K run:
- 8:45am-10:30am - Pipeline Road, Avison Way, and Stanley Park Drive will be closed on the EAST side of Stanley Park.
- 7am-Noon - Rose Garden Lane will be closed.
April 2025 Closures in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC, Canada
There are normally only Road and Seawall closures in April in Stanley Park for the Vancouver Sun Run.
April 7-11, 2025: The Stanley Park Seawall will be closed from Third Beach to Prospect Point to repair winter storm damage. April 11, 2025 Update: This has reopened, but there is a temporary shared space that bicycles and pedestrians will have to share until work is completed next week! Bicycles will have to dismount.
April 27, 2025 8am-11am - Car and Bus access to Stanley Park will be extremely limited or non-existent in the morning due to the Vancouver Sun Run.
Note: Although the Sun Run doesn't actually go into Stanley Park, it will affect access to the park. The Sun Run runners will run down Georgia Street(closed from 8am-11am), then turn left onto Denman Street(closed from 8am-11am), then onto Beach Ave(closed from 8am-11:30am).
So, when the runners are running, both the Georgia Street and Beach Ave entrances to Stanley Park will essentially be unavailable until all the runners have passed. There are numerous other road closures in Vancouver in the morning for this race.
May 2025 Closures in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC, Canada
There are normally only Road and Seawall closures in May in Stanley Park for the BMO Vancouver International Marathon.
- May 4, 2025 6:30am - 11am - All roads in Stanley Park will be closed for the BMO Vancouver International Marathon. However, the Stanley Park Causeway will remain open.
- May 4, 2025 9am - 1pm - The Stanley Park Seawall will be closed from for the BMO Vancouver International Marathon. Note that the half marathon and 8km race go through the interior of Stanley Park so it will be difficult to get anywhere in the park during this time.
- May 4, 2025: Note that there will also be lots of road closures in the West End and Coal Harbour as part of the marathon also. Check the marathon's website for more details.
June 2025 Closures in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC, Canada
There are normally only Road and Seawall closures in June in Stanley Park on the Seawall for charity walks such as the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes and the Annual World Partnership Walk.
June 29, 2025 6:30am-8am - All Roads in Stanley Park will be closed to vehicles for the Rotary Ride for Hearing. The Stanley Park Seawall will remain open to cyclists and pedestrians. Trails will remain open for pedestrians.
- July 7 to July 11, 2025 10pm-6am: Stanley Park Drive will be closed at the Overpass Bridge (near the Vancouver Rowing Club) for 4 nights: Monday July 7, 2025 to Thursday July 10, 2025 from 10pm-6am ending on Friday July 11, 2025 at 6am. So, you won't be able to turn right on Stanley Park Drive from the roundabout at the Georgia Street entrance to Stanley Park. So, you won't be able to drive into the East side of Stanley Park during this time!
- Sunday July 13, 2025 7am-10:15am - The 5km/10km Vancouver Pride Run and Walk takes place. Expect delays along the walking path on the south side of Lost Lagoon, underpass under the Lions Gate Causeway, and the entire Stanley Park Seawall for the 5km/10km routes. The run/walk starts/ends at Ceperley Park.

August 3, 2025 road closures for the Pride Parade(as best as we can determine):
- Pacific Ave from Quebec to Burrard will be closed from 10am to 5pm.
- Burrard St Bridge will be closed from 10am to 5pm.
- Hornby from Pacific to Davie will be closed from 11am to 5pm.
- Davie St from Burrard to Jervis will be closed on Aug 3.
- 1200 Bute block from Davie to lane will be closed on Aug 2 and 3rd.
