September 6, 2021-Most roads in Stanley Park will be closed until 11am due to the Vancouver Triathlon.
September 3, 2021-All roads in Stanley Park will be closed from 7pm to 9am due to the coyote situation.
August 2021 Closures in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC, Canada
August 1, 2021-Non-essential access to Stanley Park will be closed overnight from 10pm to 6am due to the extreme fire risk. This will continue until the fire risk declines. Emergency services and staff of Stanley Park businesses will be permitted to enter through one of the 5 control points.

July 25, 2021 to July 30, 2021 from 10pm to 6am: Stanley Park Drive will be closed for temporary bike lane installation. Note that there will be some minor lane closures during the day as well.

2019 Stanley Park Road and Seawall Closures for Terry Fox Run on Sunday, September 15, 2019
The road closures for the Terry Fox Run are:
There will be occasional road closures of Stanley Park Drive at Ceperley Park when the 3k route runners/walkers need to cross the street. This will occur from about 10:15am to noon.
The Stanley Park Seawall will remain open during this event, but there will be hundreds of runners from 10am to noon.
The path around Lost Lagoon and the paths between Lost Lagoon and Ceperley Park will remain open during this event, but there will be hundreds of runners from 10am to noon.
2019 Stanley Park Road and Seawall Closures for RBC GranFondo on Saturday, September 7, 2019
The road closures for the RBC GranFondo are:
5:30am-8am: The Stanley Park Causeway and Lions Gate Bridge will be closed for northbound traffic from 5:30am to 8am. One southbound lane will be open on the Stanley Park Causeway and Lions Gate Bridge.
The Georgia Street entrance to Stanley Park and Stanley Park Drive will be closed from 3am to 8am.
10am to 7pm: Beach Avenue from Pacific to Davie with periodic traffic control for event load in.
7pm to 12am: Davie from Denman to Burrard, Denman from Alberni to Beach, Beach/Pacific from Stanley park to Thurlow.
The transit reroutes for the Celebration of Light Fireworks and Festival are: Bus #5, #6, #23 will be rerouted west of Burrard. Skytrain and Canada Line will run at peak service levels in the evening. Last trains out of Waterfront at 1:15am! Seabus will run every 15 minutes until 12:30am then every 30 minutes until 1:22am which is the last sailing out of Waterfront station.

EXIT West End via Nelson, Comox, Thurlow, Harwood, or Burnaby
ENTER West End via Harwood, Burnaby, or Davie(up to Thurlow)
