The Terry Fox Run is an annual charity 3km/10km walk/run event that takes place at Ceperley Park in Stanley Park, Vancouver, Canada.
You can either run or walk either of the routes. Most walkers will walk the 3km course. Runners run either the 3km or 10km routes.
After the run, there are usually some snacks for the participants.
The 2024 Terry Fox run takes place on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
Details:
Children, Bikes, wheelchairs/strollers, rollerblades, and dogs on leash are welcome.
Each year there are Terry Fox Run T-Shirts for sale. These are custom designed each year and are a collectors item!
The 2023 Terry Fox T-shirt was designed by Vancouver's own famous movie star Ryan Reynolds! This shirt was a limited-edition and was be available online as of April 12, 2023.

The Terry Fox Run is either 3km or 10km. You can decide which distance (i.e. route) to take to go for the 3km or the 10km.
The 3km route in 2023 went from Ceperley Park around Lost Lagoon then back to Ceperley Park.
The 10km route usually goes from Ceperley Park through Ceperley Meadow, around Stanley Park on the Stanley Park Seawall, returning to Ceperley Park.
